Sherry’s Shelves #23 – Books & Fun

Sherry’s Shelves is my weekly update, where I will recap what I have been doing for the past week: October 12 – October 18, 2014.

We have been having wonderful fall weather here in sunny Florida.

The pool is still open and I have been enjoying splashing around.

I went to the Pensacola Fair. I love to wander, people watch and snap pics.

Mr Wonderful and I also went on a photo hunt.

I was looking for certain shots of a couple of things for an upcoming post.

Stay tuned for more books and fun!

  1. Way to rub your pool-like weather in my face! It’s been positively cold & miserable here these past few weeks, and it’s all downhill from here. o_O Looks like you’re closing this month out in style with all of those great books! None of them are currently on my wishlist, but perhaps some of your reviews might change that!

    • I’m sorry for your crappy weather. I moved to Florida after living in Rochester, New York for ten years. Let me tell you, I do not miss that. Personally, I would love it if was 85 year round. ^_^ I hope to start on, at least one of them, soon. Thanks for stopping in, Carmel.

  2. Oh False Truth looks good, and going out hunting for pictures for posts sounds like fun. Swimming..so not fair my friend. We lived in Florida for 6 years and swam all year long..i so miss it! Have a truly delightful week!

    • I don’t know why this went to spam. I think the gremlins are running wild all over the internet. LOL

  3. Uh oh did my comment get eaten by gremlins? So cool that you went out looking for photos for the blog with hubby. False Truth looks good and I am jealous you are swimming. Have a truly wonderful week!

    • I have a hard time controlling myself. The one click makes me crazy. LOL My physical books are the same. I tell myself, no more bookshelves, so I stack them beside the bookshelf. LOL Nice to “see” you.

    • It looks like a good book and I love the cover. I couldn’t resist it. Happy reading, Naomi.

  4. I’m lloking forward to your review of Night Terror. Jeff can scare ya but good. LOL
Some great books this week Sherry. I see a few that I have and a few I now have. LOL
