Hello fellow bloggers. I hope you have all had a great week, filled with family, fun and a lot of great books. It’s been a while and I just returned from a vacation to the north. We spent ten wonderful days touring and visiting friends and family in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Boston and Cape Cod. You can see the pictorial tour HERE.
I did a lot of binge reading while traveling. Does anyone else hate to fly?
The weather here in the Florida Panhandle is still warm and sunny and I am lovin’ every minute of it. It was twenty degrees cooler during the day and even more at night up there. For the first time in a long time, we got rained out one day. We still toured around, but I shot all my photographs from the dryness of the car that day. Have I turned into a wuss? LOL

I loved all of the pictures you shared for your trip, Sherry. I was surprised with the one from the plane. I know how you feel about flying:)
yeah…i have to do something to distract me from the fear. lol
I wouldn’t say I’m scared of flying but it isn’t top of my favourite things to do-too many noisy kids and rude adults around me, stress at the airport, plus I really hate take off! I haven’t flown in over 15 years and don’t really want to again!
i definitely prefer traveling my car. lol
Fun pictures! We used to vacation in Cape Cod all the time when I was younger. I hope the foliage was dazzling while you were there.

I hate flying too and I also have a hard time focusing on reading while flying. :/ Have a great week!

I’m glad you had such a lovely trip. Twenty degrees cooler sounds so wonderful…I’m a bit tired of temps in the 90s. Oh well, winter will come…one of these days.

i prefer the summer, but i do have tons of sweatshirts. lol
I like the idea of cooler weather. We went north to Maine in May and it was nice and chilly, down to freezing at night a couple of them. It’s still 80s, warmer this next week than last week.

I’m not a big fan of flying myself. I find reading or keeping my mind busy at takeoff works wonders lol. Sounds like you had an awesome trip! How fun.
