  1. Ooo… what a wonderful bunch of pics – I particularly like the first one taken when the moon was low on the horizon. Sadly, we had thick cloud cover for the duration here on the sunny south coast, so didn’t see so much as a peep. However, in October I got to see a most wonderful moonrise over the sea on the way to work one night… Have a great week and take care. 2. I adore those picks. I’m always fascinated with nighttime shots. I have a couple Melanie James books but don’t think I’ve read one yet.

  3. Nice supermoon pics! Love that first nighttime one especially. And the first pic of the bunch is nice too. Good job!

Like the look of Convergence. Will have to check that out. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving.

  4. Wow, what stunning photos of the moon. I’m so mad that I didn’t take any. It was a historical night and I didn’t have my camera. I captured a couple with my phone, but nothing worth sharing. Yours are spectacular. And your hodgepodge of books are so inviting. I’m eager to check out quite a few of them. An Eye for Murder and Justice Buried really caught my eye. Great post.

    Happy Thanksgiving

  5. Gorgeous pictures. I’m afraid I got a very dodgy iPhone photo on the night but that was about it. It was quite cloudy here on the night of the supermoon so everyone was disappointed!

  6. I didn’t go out to see the supermoon, so I’m glad you posted all of these pictures so I could get a taste of what it was like. You really got some amazing shots!
