Sherry’s Shelves #94

Sherry’s Shelves #94 is my weekly update from September 11 – September 17, 2016.

Sunday Post #201 Countdown to Spring..

Stacking The Shelves {200}

~~~
Hello fellow bloggers. Another week has passed by and it is going way too fast. I am still busy cleaning house, every nook and cranny. I have been messing around outside, because I love it out there. I would rather do yardwork than clean house any day. 🙂
I have also been writing a lot of reviews, trying to get ahead. It seems every time I do, something happens and I end up behind again. Do you find that happening to you?
Any hoo…seeing I am in a blogging mood, I thought I would share some books I have picked up lately, both for review and just because. I know my Sunday post has been short, but the summer is not long enough and I MUST enjoy every minute I can squeeze in.
FOR REVIEW
I love Jon Land’s work and the Caitlin Strong character is one of my favorites. Check out this cool package that arrived on my door step.
I will be reviewing For The Love of Grace by Andy Blackman, about a business man who becomes wanted by more than one intelligence agency.
My sister, Laura @ fuonlyknew, talks so much about Onyx Webb by Richard Fenton & Andrea Waltz, that I am going to be reviewing the first three books.
I will be reviewing the entire set of Gabriel Valjan’s Roma series, about a female forensic accountant, over the course of the next several months.
    • Yeah, Laura and I may bore those around us sometimes because of all our books and blogging talk. LOL Often I grab a book without looking at anything other than the cover. 🙂
  1. This whole month is flying by if you ask me! Like your boks as always- Dragon’s Egg looks fun. I’ll have to see what that’s about. 🙂
    • This whole year is flying by. Will someone please tell Mr Time to slow the heck down. LOL Dragon’s Egg – a baby dragon – no way could I resist. I will be reviewing it soon and it is definitely worth a look. 🙂
  2. I’m not familiar with any of the books you mentioned. And I’m with you about preferring outside to inside and house work. I wish I could empty my entire house and clean it from top to bottom and then bring stuff back in piece by piece. Not that I enjoy cleaning but I love when things are clean. Have a great week Sherry.
    By the way, I JUST NOW figured out how to log in and leave a comment on your site. I’ve tried before because you visit me and comment so frequently, but until today I never figured it out. I feel kind of dumb now that I did though.
    • Ooo, I love sharing books people haven’t seen before. So glad you figured it out. I’m not super tech savvy, I know just enough to get myself in trouble, but sometimes I fumble around and figure things out. The hard part is remembering how I did it. LOL
  3. So many tempting titles in your tbr pile. Stone Cold Dead looks interesting. Psst when you are done cleaning every nook and cranny can you come here and clean mine?
    • I got the signed ARC for review. I have been reading Land’s work for a long time now, so I know I won’t be disappointed. 🙂 And about the cleaning…
    • Doesn’t it though? No way I could resist a baby dragon. It’s a novella, so doesn’t take long to read and well worth a look.
