I would agree with Chrys. I think it looks like snow. Except to me it looks like a snow covered street grate/drain. I’m sure that’s completely wrong since it seems like the obvious answer!
A comb covered with shaving cream???
Ok, I see the grate. Very good. I love the comb with shaving cream. I am not going to share mine until next week because I don’t want to affect anyone’s answer. Maybe next week, Taylor, I will do like you and start off.

I’m seeing snow on a storm drain. I too thought of shaving cream and a comb. Probably way off. LOL
