GOODREADS BLURB

In this companion short-story to Matt Archer: Monster Hunter, fifteen-year-old Matt Archer finds himself in the Australian Outback on the trail of his latest targets…and hunting hyper-intelligent, mutated Dingoes is not his idea of a great summer vacation.

Making things more complicated, Matt’s Uncle Mike–aka Major Tannen–is his C.O. for this mission. To Matt’s consternation, the major’s new fiancée, Captain Julie Hunter, is also along for the trip.

When Captain Hunter disappears during a routine scouting trip, it’s up to Matt to help his uncle find her before it’s too late.

How about you? Does that cover make you want to visit the Australian Outback?

GOODREADS BLURB

The Angel Prophesy – ‘The flaming sword, forged by God, can be possessed but by one hand alone – the single hand of destiny… Courage, born in his heart, will carry the vital answer. How he will come to his destiny will bind or free all of humanity for the end of times…And in the end, the Truth lies somewhere in the shadows…’

The Dawn of the Apocalypse is at hand. Where heroes will rise and the trial of evil will come to pass. The time: 1450 – a perilous time. The location: Northern Ireland, in a little village, obscure from any notice. Except, that is – a child is born, and dies – all in the same moment. Birth, life, and death all come in a flash. But his life is not over – it’s only just begun.

This is no ordinary child; a child of destiny – Daniel Mulligan. Daniel becomes an angel, and a warrior, the 13th in an elite legion of angels. Their mission: to preserve what good remains on earth and to destroy the evil that now lives in the deepest parts of humanity. But Daniel must carry the true heart of mankind’s survival – a flaming sword, forged by God, for him alone to carry, as a weapon and a crucible for all humanity.

Their foe is the patriarch of evil – Satan – the leader of the dark trinity, with the devil & Lucifer at his hand. But they have aligned themselves with Dracula – not Bram Stoker’s vampire Dracula, but the real, more sinister evil which truly lived and ruled all of Romania – the real flesh and blood Dracula. Will this supernatural and very powerful alliance, along with an amassed warrior army of demons enable them to rule the world? And at last, enter into Heaven, overthrow God, and reign over every corner of the universe?

Earth’s landscape is soon to be reshaped – but for which fate? For good? Or evil? Earth will try to defend itself, but the magic and wizardry that is conjured up will be powerless to prevail against this dark trinity and Dracula. Evil lingers in the abyss of night and cast the world into a perilous journey of fate and misfortune. Only the epic quest of Daniel and his Angel warriors can challenge it.

But Daniel is torn between the family he never knew, the heart and love he is discovering, and his duty to all mankind. He will be thrust into an unknown paranormal world and time where he must choose between his family and humanity; a choice with terrible, unintended consequences; a fateful decision he must bear alone.

God and Satan will soon collide. The forces of Good and Evil / Heaven and hell will immerse all of earth into a battlefield of galactic proportions. High upon the most evil lands, in the darkest tower of Dracula’s castle – a climatic battle will decide the fate of all mankind. There can be only one victor. One who will write the final chapter in the Chronicles of Good and Evil.

Daniel Mulligan will live to see this day come to pass… Not as a mortal man, but as his unpredictable destiny unfolds, he will discover the legendary angel God has destined him for. The epic journey is to begin; the golden wings of a most special angel are ready to take flight; Heaven will pause and hell will shudder, but the majesty of one sole, humble angel will rise on the winds of his own destiny – and the dawn will rise with him…

Written in the tradition of J. R. R. Tolkien ‘Lord of the Rings’ & C. S. Lewis ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’, & John Milton ‘Paradise Lost’, ‘The Chronicles of Good and Evil’ is a visionary work of paranormal, fantasy and Christian qualities. It is about a humbled child (Daniel Mulligan) born on earth who is destined to play a pivotal role in a final attempt to save humanity from the dark forces of evil, and to become a superhero (with twelve other angels) which will endeavor to bring the world back from the precipice of near destruction.

GOODREADS BLURB

Lady Justice has unwittingly entered a religious war. Who better to fight for her than Walt Williams?

Walt and his sweetie, Maggie, have just returned from a honeymoon that was packed with love, fun, mystery, and danger. Now it’s time for them to adjust to living under the same roof—quite the challenge for a couple in their sixties, both of whom have never been married before! Suddenly Maggie’s feeding Walt fiber—lots of fiber—taking up almost all the closet space, and even getting rid of Walt’s favorite old recliner. But nothing could be better than having Maggie by his side when a great threat arises and Walt is, as usual, smack dab in the middle.

When Walt and his partner, Ox, are patrolling the Gay Pride Parade, a bomb goes off near them. They come out okay, but many are dead or seriously injured. Shortly after, the police squad learns the bombs are homemade by a group of religious fanatics calling themselves God’s Avenging Angels. The Avenging Angels believe it’s their job to rain fire and brimstone on Kansas City, their Sodom and Gomorrah. The next attacks could be anywhere in the metro, so all cops are needed to comb the city and find the perpetrators. Walt and Ox are on the case, which continues to be explosive.

In this compelling addition to the Lady Justice series, Robert Thornhill brings back all the characters readers have come to love for more hilarity and higher stakes. You’ll laugh, and you’ll be on the edge of your seat until the big finish. Don’t miss Lady Justice and the Avenging Angels!

GOODREADS BLURB

Most men retire and take it easy at age sixty-six-but not Walter Williams! He’s busy fighting crime and giving Lady Justice a helping hand. In Lady Justice and the Lost Tapes, Walt and his band of scrappy seniors continue their battle against the forces of evil. When an entire eastside Kansas City neighborhood is terrorized by the mob, Walt has to go undercover to help solve the case, but he certainly doesn’t want to! Why? Well, the clues they need can only be found at a gay club and a transvestite bar. Why is Captain Short always volunteering Walt for these jobs? Later, the amazing discovery of a previously unknown recording session by a deceased rock ‘n’ roll idol stuns the music industry. But what should be a joyous occasion soon turns dark as lives are threatened, and Walt’s going to have to take some courageous leaps to save the day. All of your favorite characters, along with two lovable additions, are back to help Walt in his quest for justice in ways you can’t imagine. Can they do it again? Can they take down the Italian mob and keep the tapes and their owners safe from harm while dealing with a new member of the group who won’t stop joking? Their adventures and misadventures are sure to keep you captivated-and splitting your sides!

GOODREADS BLURB

The final installment in the Untouchable trilogy winds through a tangled web of shattered lives, the pursuit of power, and the unfailing strength of love.

Annalisa knew from the beginning that she was falling in love with a dangerous man. But, she also knew that underneath his cold and empty hitman exterior, beat the heart of the man who would love her forever. Against insurmountable odds, Micah and Annalisa have finally reached a place in their lives where he can make a promise to her. It is a promise he never thought would have been possible at one time: He will never take another human life.

But when tragedy strikes, and their happiness is destroyed, Micah must decide if he should keep his promise, or should he pursue those responsible. Especially when he realizes it involves the most feared man in the U.S. mafia, a man who can make anyone…Untraceable.

Beautiful womenJPEGS, recreational drugspharmaceuticals, and elite fraternitieswebsites – this isn’t the college scene that Victor Hastings expected.

Victor likes to admire the provocative pictures of the girls he’s dating. Meanwhile, these girls are posting more and more on Facebook and all the social sites. Now, all the men in his fraternity are competing for the attention of these online, amateur pinups.

Three women will make an impact on Victor. Erin Masters is an alluring yet naïve co-ed. Despite outward modesty, she has no reservations about letting friends plaster her provocative images across various websites. Emily Green-Portsmith, on the other hand, comes from wealth and is comparatively more aware of her effect on men.

The influence of these women does not sit well with the house mother of these fraternity boys. Affectionately known as Ma Red, this feisty former Vietnam correspondent from the old-school of etiquette and discipline is prepared to make a fight for her traditional values.

And throughout these discoveries, Victor wonders:

What kind of love is this?

… the wired kind.

Can love mend a heart full of hate?

Small town girl, Molly Bennett, moves to Los Angeles where she becomes an outsider while attending Beverly Hills High School. It seems life cannot be any more dreadful. Then one day after school, something magical happens. On a secluded hike in the Hollywood Hills, Molly chases her disobedient mutt and only friend into a hidden cavern. She stumbles upon a strange glimmering gateway that transports her to Arkana, a planet that is the cradle of an advanced human race. There, teenagers navigate amazing flying vehicles, compete in perilous games for glory, and possess supernatural powers.

While Molly tries to wrap her mind around this unbelievable discovery, she meets the alluring and mysterious Victor Sorren. He is a Sentinel Apprentice, whose hatred toward people from Earth is beyond understanding. Yet every time Victor unpredictably saves Molly’s life, his heart draws closer to hers, no matter how much he tries to fight against it. It further complicates things that their growing friendship is strictly forbidden. Earth people are prohibited in Arkana, yet Molly continues to cross through the portal to Arkana to see Victor. Torn between their double lives, they go down a dangerous path, from where there is no return and multiple endings.

I added Fields Of Elysium by A B Whelan to my TBR on 2.23.13. On the cover it says for Twilight Fans. Back in 2013, I probably wouldn’t have known about it because I saw the movies before I read the books. LOVE, love, love them both, so I am very excited about Fields of Elysium. Also, I have read numerous books from A B Whelan and love them, so to knock another off the first book of the series sounds great to me. Have you read any of her work? I highly recommend it.
