Sherry’s Shelves – 3.13 – 3.19.22

Hi Everyone. Not a whole lot to talk about. The weeks and months are seeming to run together, though I am excited about working outside…in the pollen. LOL I did some work but remembered to wear my mask, so my allergies weren’t too bad. I did leave a wheelbarrow full of leaves and it is raining, so I’m sure that will be one soggy mess. Oh well, I least I got some cleanup done.

Did some reading and caught up on writing reviews for the books I have read. I am doing pretty good about keeping up with them. I have plenty sitting in my draft folder, ready to go. I was going to try and review everything I read, but I am having a hard time working them in.

How about you? What have you been up to? Any great books you want to share? Have you been traveling…yet? I was actually out a couple times this week. We went to the bank to have Mr Wonderful’s application for retirements notarized and went to the beach to see the Blue Angel’s come home from California. It was chilly that day, but so nice to be out and about. Right now, it’s raining, a steady downpour. It is spring in the south, so that is to be expected. We were lucky the last week. We had some steady rain, but not a huge accumulation, and lots of wind. Knocked the last of the leaves off the trees, so that is a good thing. lol

Stay safe and wear a mask..

  1. We had a good rainy day this past week and I loved it. It was one of my work from home days so that worked out well. 🙂 And yes the pollen is terrible. Everyone around here seem to be affected by it this year.

  2. Yesterday, I actually got to take a walk because the weather was so nice. I’m looking forward to spring… minus the severe weather… Sadly, I’ve not been reading a lot but that’s just how it goes.

The pollen is no joke! Glad you wore your mask.

  3. We are not quite to the pollen yet. We are getting about 2 days of rain a week but luckily sometimes it is at night. I have done some weeding and need to do some more.

If you get some reviews ahead you can schedule them to post a week for you to take off or when you do travel. I’m not ready to go out more than necessary yet.
