Sherry’s Shelves 4.5 – 4.11.26 #TheMasters #golf #sports

Hi Everyone. Hubby and I have been working on getting the pool dialed in. We had to put our riding mower into the shop. We have a good mechanic. Last time, it worked for five years and hubby was able to do some minor repairs to keep it running. With the cost (since Covid) for a new one having doubled, I’m glad it won’t cost too much and it’s definitely worth the investment. We’ve been watching The Masters and it brought back some great memories from 2006

We had a beautiful blue sky today, but look closely at the tree. We are not only dealing with leaves from our oak trees, but the seed pods.

      Hi Everyone. Hope you are having a great week. The sun is shining and the temps have been in the seventies. I am loving it and basking in the sun for my twenty minutes of goodness. Are you looking forward to spring? Do you have a favorite season? Mine used to be summer, but July and August are too hot for me to do anything but lounge in the pool and sit under the shade. When temperatures get into the hundreds and the humidity is suffocating it can be described as ‘the air is so thick you can cut it with a knife.’ I remember when I could spend the entire day on the beach, in the hot sun, with a beer in my hand, hanging out with friends. No more. I am so glad I lived my life 110%. The only thing I have on my bucket list is a meandering trip down the Gulf side of Florida until I reach the southernmost tip of the state. How about you? Do you have anything on your bucket list?

      Hi Everyone. Hope the week has been treating you well. We had a storm blow through, but we did need the rain, so that’s okay. Now, the sun is shining and the temperatures are rising. The pool is looking good and it has kept hubby busy. We are surrounded by oak trees and they are losing their leaves. The next to come are the seed pods they shed. I’m watching Jurassic World Rebirth and I am binging on Kaos. Have a wonderful week.
