As the year winds down, I know a lot of us have many family and end of the year obligations. Myself, I have been trying to wrap up dentist and doctor visits for the year.

I have also taken a road trip or two.

I hope you are able to accomplish all you want and look forward to what the new year has to bring!

So darn cute. Know of any kids needing a fun and cute book for the holidays?

Another fun kids story and I am really looking forward to reading this. I love dinosaurs and the cover puts a big smile on my face.

I know this time of year, many of us are spending time with family and preparing for the upcoming holidays. Blogging is only one of the many things on my list to do.

Mr Wonderful was off work on Friday and the weather is so wonderful, we HAD to play golf. After all, we don’t want to waste one day of sun and fun, because it will not last.

Saturday used to be Football Saturday, but with the season winding down, other things ramp up. Santa was coming to town at Florabama and we wanted to be there.

I found this freebie through D K Cassidy’s newsletter. Spilt Milk was voted 2015 Reader’s Favorite Gold Metal Winner in Fiction-Anthology. She writes Magical Realism, Urban Gothic, Science Fiction and Literary Fiction. Her goal? Messing with your mind by transforming the voices in her head into odd stories.

I saw this at Laura’s fuonlyknew blog and had to grab it.

The cover made me stop and check this psychological suspense novella.

I am a huge fan of this amazing parnormal author, Isabella Camilleri. I have read much of her work and was delighted when she sent me the next book in The Blake Legacy series, just because. I love this series and can hardly wait to begin reading.

I was so excited when I was approved for a Netgalley copy of Dean Koontz’s Ashley Bell. I am a huge fan of his and own lots of his books, so this is a wonderful addition to my collection. There is also a giveaway on Goodreads, so be sure and check it out.

I have read some of Jeff Gunhus’s work and loved it, so I am very excited to add this to my reading list.

I subscribe to Salvador Mercer’s newsletter and found this beauty was free.

Tara Crescent’s newsletter informed me this was free on Amazon. The cover doesn’t do a lot for me, but I love assassins, so I thought I would give it a shot. Have my fingers crossed.

The cover intrigued me, so I have to check it out. I am such a sucker for an interesting cover.

I am really excited to read Red Tide, the second book in the Billy Knight series, by Jeff Lindsay. I read the first book, Tropical Depression and you can see my review HERE.

I picked up Mutation Z, Book I on an Amazon free day and when I saw Marilyn Peak offering Mutation Z, Book II, for review, I had to jump on it. Check out these beauties.

I had a really busy week and didn’t have time to make my usual Sunday post, so I would like to share a little of what I was up to:

ROAD TRIP

Every so often Mr Wonderful and I get a burr in our butt and feel the need to hit the road. This time, my mom and sister went with us to Biloxi, Mississippi and Nawlins, Louisiana.

We had a great time and are looking forward to the next road trip.

Class Heroes: Young Adult Thriller Books

Stephen Henning is the author of Class Heroes, a wonderful story about superheroes.

Well here’s a little treat for you. Slightly ahead of schedule I’ve published the fourth Class Heroes short film ‘The Hunt for Lolly Rosewood’. I’ve ambitiously entered the film into a short film festival and the deadline is Friday 11 September,
